Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns on items that are in their original unworn and undamaged condition for a store credit when accompanied with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.  

However, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry products. If a jewelry piece is damaged while been shipped or shortly after receiving, we will replace it. Please just contact us directly via email. This is a friendly reminder to please be gentle with your jewelry pieces. .

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please note: We reserve to right to refuse returned items that have been used, worn or altered in any way. 


Items will be returned at your expense unless there was a mistake in your order that is our fault.

Damages or defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us and include a picture and brief description of the damage or defect.
